1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging NH InfoSoft (“we”, “us”, “our”) for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Our services

We provide AI agent development, ERP and CRM solutions, custom software, website and mobile app development, SEO, domain registration, web hosting, and annual maintenance and technical support (AMC).

The exact scope, features, timeline and cost of each project are set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement that you approve before work begins. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and may be charged separately.

3. Quotations and payments

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Payment milestones, advance amounts and due dates are defined in the agreed quotation or invoice.

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work or suspend hosting and support services for overdue payments. Advance and milestone payments for work already started are non-refundable except where we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, images, logins and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect delivery dates.

You are responsible for the legality of the content you supply and for holding any rights or licences needed to use it, including text, images, logos, fonts and third-party data.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the custom work we create specifically for you, excluding third-party components, open-source libraries, frameworks and tools, which remain under their own licences.

We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and non-confidential code components in other projects. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.

6. Domains, hosting and maintenance

Domain registration and hosting are renewed annually or as agreed. You are responsible for renewals unless you have engaged us to manage them; we are not liable for loss of a domain or service caused by non-renewal or non-payment.

AMC and support cover only what is listed in your support agreement. Issues caused by third-party changes, misuse, or unauthorised edits may be billed separately.

7. Confidentiality and data

We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information you submit through our contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

We aim to deliver work that matches the agreed scope and to fix defects in that scope reported within the warranty or support period stated in your agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date. We may suspend or end services if these terms are breached or invoices remain unpaid after reminders.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and the date above shows when it was last updated.
